After concluding its investigation of the separate killings of two individuals that occurred in the Anping District of Tainan City on 16 and 23, Feburary, 2021, respectively, the Tainan District Prosecutors Office has now charged seven suspects,  Tsai and six accomplices, with homicide, breach of peace, and the illegal possession of firearms.
