How do we change the appearance date?

Ans：

A motion to fail to appear shall be in writing, set forth the reasons therefore, and be filed with the time available to which the prosecutor concerned, provided that such motion may be made verbally on the phone to which the clerk concerned. The prosecutor will change the summoned date.
